How to choose
The right plan depends on workload, complexity and knowledge volume together.
Channel types are Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram and website chat. A connected account is each specific page, number, bot or website chat. Two Instagram pages and one Telegram bot therefore count as three connected accounts.
They are names for aiSTAFF service levels. They describe work complexity, knowledge capacity and support. They do not mean that a plan contains several separate AI employees.
Premium or Enterprise is a better fit when you have more than 20 products, services or documents, or when prices change often. Starter and Business support up to 20 offers added manually.
Starter and Business include help with initial configuration and launch. From Premium, you can request agreed ongoing changes to replies, rules, offers and operating workflows.
Enterprise customers can request a new feature. aiNOW assesses the goal, scope and timeline. Development starts only after a separate agreement.
